1 Definitions

2 Acceptance of Terms

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one prk999 account. Holding multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. prk999 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to pass KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed satisfactorily.

4 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your prk999 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. prk999 will never contact you to request your password.

You must notify prk999 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until such notification is received by prk999, all activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals initiated — will be treated as authorised by you.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

prk999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction in the prk999 cashier. prk999 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• prk999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and payment method ownership verification.

All prk999 account balances, transactions, and winnings are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). prk999 does not apply currency conversion at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. The PKR amount you deposit is the PKR amount reflected in your account balance.

Any deposit made using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment credentials will result in immediate account suspension, reversal of the transaction, and referral to the relevant authorities. prk999 cooperates fully with law enforcement and payment providers in investigations relating to financial fraud.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the prk999 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules govern bet settlement, void conditions, postponed event handling, and in-play bet acceptance. Sport-specific rules are available within the relevant market on the prk999 platform.

All casino games hosted on the prk999 platform — including certified slots, live dealer tables, and virtual table games — are operated using independently certified random number generation or, in the case of live casino, real-time dealer studios. 8 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or using another person's details.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human interaction method to place bets or interact with casino games.

• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any prk999 game or betting market.

9 Suspension & Termination

prk999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the request of regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

In cases of account closure for breach of these Terms and Conditions, prk999 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, prk999 may forfeit all funds held in the account.

You may close your prk999 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Prior to account closure, all pending withdrawals must be processed and all active bonus terms assessed. prk999 will return your real funds balance to your verified payment method following account closure, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, prk999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions caused by technical failures.

prk999 makes no warranty that the platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. prk999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

prk999's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total value of real funds deposited by that user in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the prk999 platform — including but not limited to the prk999 name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of prk999 or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of prk999.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the prk999 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not extend to any systematic data extraction, scraping, or use of platform content in any derivative product or service.

12 Privacy & Data
